It's a personal preference. Clean windows aren't a necessity the way a leaky roof is, and plenty of homeowners go longer between cleanings without any issue. That said, if you like crystal clear windows, twice a year is a sensible rhythm for most homes in the Lower Mainland: once in spring after winter rain and debris build-up, and once in fall before the rainy season sets in. Not for exterior-only cleaning. You do not need to be home, since our water-fed pole system works entirely from the ground outside. If you've booked interior cleaning as well, we'll need access to the inside of your home, so we'll coordinate a time that works for you.
